I recently bought my mpx200 and am still playing around with it but I still have a few questions:

1) Can I create playlists in my media player?

2) Can I create other categories for my contacts other then the three that are on the phone alredy?(ie Business,Personal,Misc)

3)My mate told me that I can play games such as Doom on my phone by downloading a program on to my phone which unlocks it allowing me to play "non-orange" products, where can I find this program?

for the play list you have to download the progam SmartMP3 Playlist creater

The extra categorys you can add them in you Outlook.

And add the contacts in Outlook to this group.

is monolithix.org an SPV site only?

because I downloaded some of the applications off the site and the only one I am able 2 install is tetris, do I need some other program to enable me to install and run apps off this site or am I trying to install them in the wrong directory or what? (Im installing them in ISPM/Windows/Start Menu/Accessories.)

Not everything on there will run on an MPx200 but I think what is confusing you is the fact that smartris downloads as a .cab file. Most of the others are zipped. Unzip them first and if there is a cab file do what you did for smartris, if there is a .exe file try running it un your PC first, if that doesn't launch an installer then copy it directly to the MPx200 and run from there.
