What a great experience my mothers having with orange.(hope my Moto doesn't break)in sept she resined a contract on spv(two faulty ones then a faulty spve100)they then gave her a moto mpx200(stuck on hello moto screen)since sunday .

now heres the funny part of orange customer care..

Sunday..

ring back tomorrow moto back in stock.

Monday...

not for 2 weeks we have to give you a p800(mother accepts as she needs a phone and fed up with smartphone experience).

Monday Afternoon...

phone call from Orange cant get the wires for p800

we will send out a e200(mother not to happy had 3 htc phones).

Tuesday morning....

tnt turn up with only phone and battery(hold up im sending a full box back and how the FU** she gonna charge and sync here phone)Of coarse i refused delivery..

Tuesday Afternoon..

phone faults they say their only liable to replace handset...:)

then phone contract disconnections..speak to a supervisor he offers my mother a 6600,spe200 wich he says she knows she don't want or a treo600.

she asks for a treo then he says hold on ill put you through to arrange delivery...after 15 mins on hold phone goes Dead.

sheThen rings back up talks to another supervisor that says shell sort it

shell ring her back in 30 mins at 6.00.pm.

8 o'clock no phone call phone orange That the person we were talking too has gone home.

Wensday...

phone orange mysteriously no one knows any thing about it :D

get told by a supervisor in disconnections its down on computer as she refused treo offered..:D

she Says its all sorted again someone will ring back to arrange a delivery..

well faults rang back explained only e200 available pfft

get put back to disconnections 4-5 hours of the day on phone now most of which on hold..

then a manager says its sorted again someone will ring you back....

Wensday evening...

mad scotish woman rings up saying your getting e200 and thats it(very rude might i add)....

late wensday night...

speak too Gavin at call Centre northside1 team leader team 24.

he tried hardest To Sort it out but came back and said e200 or nowt and basically it doesn't matter if you got a phone that you like.

If They haven't got it in stock you have to have what they offer whether you like it or not..

Orange policy also that orange had charged her for refused delivery(lol he refunded it but i mean what a cheek)and that he will send out a e200 that is totally bug free lol....

now old mans contract up start of march you think theres gonna be an upgrade NO. mine is up beginning of april will i go back to orange No .misses contract up same time as my back to orange ermm i think you get the point...parents were with t-mobile for 8 years never had any total BullSh** like this

Wow. Sounds like a few other stories i have read on here before.

Would'nt mind getting a Treo out of them though... just to test for a few months until my contract is up...

Awww... would you look at that... mines broken again :wink:

Well last they told me they dont know when mpx coming back in

ffs how many handsets they replaced..

i mean they cant say phone sold out cos orange faults only buy oem phones sepratly without batt or charger ,they buy chargers, batt,sepratly as well thats why replacments come in white boxes which are brought this way..so that means they replaced more than expected...

and it went from 2 weeks too we dont know.lol

Just a point, not on the actual subject of your post, but i found it very hard to read and understand what you were trying to convey, as you had very little punctuaction.

Poor guy sounds like he's had a nightmare, i feel for u rchiileea -

it can be a pain up the arse, but how was orange working as a phone provider in general (call costs, tariffs etc), - it'd be a shame tomove just to spite them.

I've got orange and everything (hopefully) has been cool

Sorry, wasn't meant to not be nice, just to say i found it hard to understand due to bad or no punctuation. If using a public forum, you obviously want to let people know about your story on a wide scale. If this is so, then surely it is important and you want them to understand what you are saying. If the public forum is read by people on a global scale, and therefore by people who are not necessarily native english speakers, then using puncuation will help split up the sentances into more managable chunks.

I thought it was an excellent rant!

I read it with a loud ranting voice in my head and it worked ok for me!

Damn Headphone profile just stuck on my SPV... logged it with OCS... getting a damn SPV back again! doh.
