connection probem with xphone

hi experts out there.. i just bought my O2 Xphone very cool phone..

But i got 1 problem.. While using the Active Sync program given, i tried to sync my contacts in my outlook, it works very well.. but when i try to use the "explore" option of the program, it gives me this msg -----> "Critical communication services have fail to start. Try resetting the mobile device, and then connect again"

Whta does it mean??

Pls give me some advise.. Thanks

Have you tried disabling your firewall ?

Also checkout what version of ActiveSync you are using. The latest version is 3.7 and can be downloaded from the Microsoft official downloads section.

ya i've tried.. now the my ActiveSync version is 3.7.1 but it still cant get into the explorer.. i went to MS help page. But there is nothing about that...

Just find that this error is funny. I can sync with my outlook but whyi cant get into explorer through my desktop?? :?:

finally i know the way to solve it... haha.. its really the firewall settings.. :)
