help in converting vcd to mpeg using tmpgenc

hi jaz want to know the perfect conversion of vcd to mpeg using tmpgenc. i search the topic vcd to mpeg thread. but when i follow the instruction converting vcd to mpeg i don't like what i saw. could some1 pls email me the perfect conversion with better quality and minimize quantity. pls my email ad is [email protected]. thnx

na try mo na yung instructions ni sui? (virtual dub)

kung sa virtual dub...wala naman kasi such thing as 'perfect' settings (.vcf). what im driving at is: ang settings na ok para sa akin ay pwedeng hindi ok para sa iba.

you have to consider the quality of your source video, the frame rate, the bitrate encoding settings nung files. laruin mo lang yung mga settings until makuha mo yung 'gusto' mong quality.
