you get a huge gprs bill a current prices i think it will be too expensive..

And if you use pass-thru, then why bother at all, when you could have full screen services exactly the same by the huge amount of providers already out there?

Nah - the idea sounds ok, but in reality, never mind the subscription alone being too much, add in the data costs and this is PREMIUM services money gone mad...
