Question about web surfing trouble...

I have an MPx200 with ATT in the US and sometimes when I try to view certain websites such as www.cnn.com, this site, www.news.com, and many others, i get an error saying "The page you are looking for cannot be found". I can't seem to figure out what the pattern is. Sites like www.google.com work and so does Mmode. Sometimes what will fix some sites is just turning the phone on the off. I wish I had more to go on this but I was just wondering if anyone has experienced this or knows a fix. I have not changed any settings in the phone since new.
