Guest james srs2 Posted February 21, 2004 Report Posted February 21, 2004 has anyone actually had this fault sorted, ie with a replacment and it come in perfect working order etc!! i think the service i recivded from customer service was dam right rubbish!! no real solution!!! i only had the fone out the box 2 minuets and realised there was a drop in sound quality between my E100 and my new upgraded AE200!! the fault is buzzing/distortion/muffled but is very very bad when listening to the orange automated service!!
