SPV call memory and reset

not sure if this is the right forum but does anyone know how I can reset the "lifetime calls" on my SPV? Do I need to do a hard rest and if so how and does this affect anything else on the phone? Or is there just a simple way of resetting it

To reset the lifetime timer you need to Hard reset your phone.

When you do this is wipes the IPSM so your phone becomes as it was

when you bought it new.
