OMNISOFT updates eVB Runtimes for Smartphone 2002/2003 1.1

OMNISOFT have released a new version of the eVB Runtimes to support Smartphone 2003, with a new Universal Installer that detects the type of Smartphone (2002 or 2003)

These runtimes are used to support their software written entirely in eVB.
