I'm actually considering sending mine back for a replacement. Certainly now that its got a few scratches on it. If the replacement still buzzes at least I've got rid of the scratches!

Perhaps Orange now realise that replacements aren't going to get rid of the buzz and stopped doing so?!?!? This is very poor service from Orange, I don't blame you for wanting to change. Perhaps
Guest mdw_cubed Posted February 29, 2004 Report Posted February 29, 2004 After reporting my 3rd replacement for buzzing (same on the other two) Orange said I would have to send it back to them before being able to get a replacement so that the handset could be tested. Of course, they immediately found the 'buzzing' fault, though they didn't actually admit it, and my 4th handset was dispatched. It 'buzzes' as well, I just haven't replaced it. I'm living in hope that the end of March update will solve the issue. Orange Technical were supposed to get back to me (through Orange Customer Services), but I have yet to hear anything and the 3rd handset went back at the end of December. :roll:
Guest sunlite52 Posted February 29, 2004 Report Posted February 29, 2004 Was thinking about sending it back but well maybe just wait for the update! I m living in France and bought my E200 here and was really surprised with the buzzing after upgrading from the original SPV!
