Can i download tones directly from net to my fone?

As far as I understand, you need to download them to your PC first then Sync them across.

I don't think you can 'Right Click and Save As' from the phone itself.

You can download directly to your phone, but the question is why would you want to? The GPRS charges would be high and you can d/l for free off the net onto your PC, and as South, says synch them across

There are some tones that you can download from Orange Update (on the phone) but these aren't too great.
