New E200 won't do GPRS

I've checked and double checked everything and my GPRS settings are fine. I get a G in the window but it won't connect and I get the error message. ORange no help at all so far. Any ideas?

Dunno where you are shoo33, but if you are in the London area, GPRS access has been all over the place for a while now.

I upgraded to my E200 a few weeks ago...had GPRS access on the first day and then nothing for almost three days afterwards.

I found that myself, couldn't undeestand why, contacted OCS and I had a string of about 6 SIM updates which fixed it (even without a reboot although was told to :-))

Thanks for the sympathies. Orange finally sent me updated settings which for the record have

Primary DNS 193.35.131.194

Secondary DNS 193.35.131.195

but they don't work either, apparently because the GPRS network is down today and no, they can't say when it will be back up.

try deleting your CSD connection - it worked for me.
