MMS issues (i think :-s )

hi,

sorry if this turns out to be a totally dum question but -

should mms be received on the e200 if on orange network (uk)? when i receive one i get a text saying i have one waiting and a password to collect via the web. is this right or should it come straight through to the phone?

Also i always get a message saying mms/photo messages failed to send everytime i try :)

what i find strange is GPRS works fine and women from orange said everything should be working fine when/everything set up when i got phone.

any suggestions/help would greatly be appreciated

I had a similar problem when I first got the phone (only tried sending though).

When I called Orange for the 3rd time, they re-sent the activation SIM update. It might be worth asking them to do this again. It's possible the update either got lost or was corrupted somehow.
