HELP My E200 is in Flight Mode and I can not get it out!

I pick up my phone off the charger and noticed it was locked up. So I rebooted the phone and now it is in Flight Mode and it will not switch the radio back on. Does anybody know how to get this phone out of flight mode? Has anybody else see this?

press the power button quickly (don't hold it down) and then chose option 2 from the resulting menu.
