how can i do shortcuts to installed appz on the SD card?

i have a couple of appz installed on my SD card and by default it creates shortcuts to them in the 3rd screen of the startmenu. when i look in the registry using PHM Regeditor i can see the normal shortcuts to things like contacts.lnk and WMPlayer.lnk etc in the startmenu bit

i have managed to reorder my startmenu fine, but because the shortcuts to my SD card appz arent there i cant move them up the list anywhere (or add them to the homescreen quicklaunch icons either) (startMRU in reg) how can i move a shortcut, to say PocketMVP, to near the top of my startmenu and have a shortcut to it on the homescreen too???
