How do I change the order of my start menu?

Does my Smartphone registry get all messed up like my windows desktop, and if so, how can I clean it up?

What are the various names and equivalents for the various MS Mobile OS's eg Pocket PC, Windows CE, Windows Mobile, Windows Mobile Smartphone 2002/2003 etc

I have WIndows Mobile Smartphone 2003, what software is compatible (is all Windows Mobile Smartphone 2002 software compatable with my phone.

Is there a Pocket Excel and Pocket Word version available for my phone. Are they working versions or just readers?

How can I find out if my phone has the latest ROM version or OS version?

Does Microsoft release service packs for the Mobile Smartphone platform?

Is there a home screen editor for MS Mobile Smartphone 2003 OS?

I've read that hard resetting my phone will restore the phone to it's original condition, is this true?

I have heard that after some people have Hard Reset their smartphones the T9 text feature is missing, has this been confirmed as a definate reaction if I Hard Reset my device?

What is decerting (is this the same as unlocking?) the phone and why is there so much discussion about it. I purchased my phone from a retailer (that is non-operator specific). It is not network locked (i.e. I can change SIM's to use the phone with other operators)?

What are limitations with a certified phone and how can i tell if mine is?

Sometimes my phone locks up, the screen freezes and the buttons dont do anything. I need to remove the battery to reset the device. While I know this is not as the phone was intended to operate, is this normal, and would sending the phone back for repair make any difference?

When I enter a international number into my phone i need to change to Symbol to get the plus sign (+), even though there is a + on the 0 button. Is there a work around for this?

I would like to save offline internet content onto my smartphone. Is this possible and how?

Avantgo does not list the MS Mobile OS as a supported OS (unless it is considered a MS Windows CE device). Is it supported?

The outlook formatted phone numbers appear to put brackets around various groups of numbers, however no apparently consistently for instance: +65 (538) 3965 compared to +65 62382617 anyone know the convention or reason? What do the brackets do exactly is it part of some dialing rules?
