How do you use an MP3 as a ring tone on the Orange SPV?

what phone, on the SPV classic and e100 you can't, must be wav or midi files.

for the SPV e200, you can!

you can use MP3's as ringtones they just have to be converted to .wav first!!!!!!!

It depends on the phone he has, if he has an SPV original or e100 then he has to convert to wave files, but with the e200 he can have wma's and mp3's as ringtones (I think)

I can't set an mp3 as a ring tone on an E200, converted to a WMA and placed in the sound folder and it works a treat. I've no idea how to set an mp3 as a ring tone on the e200! Wavs are just too big...
