Help with a program translation

Hello. I'm an independent developer from bulgaria. I make programs for the smartphone in my free time.

Currently i've implemented a woman diary and ovulation tool for women.

I've managed to translate the program to german and now i want to translate it in italian, spanish and portugeese.

Anyone want to help?

The work is for about an hour.
