Can't make a call after matrix homescreen

Very strange one I can't make a call out after installing the matrix home screen. I get calls in ok. Had a look in the telephony settings and ball barring but it says downloading information from network then it fails .

I put the sim in another phone and it works fine. Wonder what gives here ?

MY PHONE DONE THE SAME ! BUT I CAN'NT EVEN GET CALLS IN!!!! DID'NT PUT M SCREEN ON JUST HAPPENED ONE MORNING. IF YOU GET ANY ADVISE PLEASE FORWARD
