Handsfree Kit Button

What's the purpose of the little button on the handsfree kit, mine doesn't seem to do much apart from turning on the backlight when i keep it pressed. Can't use it for making/receiving calls either!

When you receive a call if you press the button it will answer. I have found you do need to give it a good press at first, after a while the button seems to get worn in and answers much easier.

If you don't mind dangling wires this is actually a very nice handsfree option. As Bluetooth doesn't work much more than a meter away from the phone you might as well have dangling wires! You can also listen to your music as well (if you're not worried about battery life!).
