Help with a new screen, please

My wife is a big CURE fan and I have attached 5 photos of him and the band to this thread.

Can someone make me a new homescreen with the pic named BETTYBOOP as the front screen and the others to be used as for a shutdown screen and others to be used as you see fit.

I would be much appreciated.
