Guest srhillgt4 Posted February 26, 2004 Report Posted February 26, 2004 I would like to modify my home screen to access Power Calendar instead of the standard calendar program. I've customized RJtasks to start Power Tasks, and I've learned how to modify the XML code. Can the Standard calendar Plugin be modified or does a new plugin need to be created? I'm still new to all this. Any help would be greatly appreciated
Guest drblow Posted February 26, 2004 Report Posted February 26, 2004 Hello m8 - welcome to the forum! As far as I'm aware, the standard MS calendar plugin cannot be modified to show Power calendar. The only way to do this would be for a specific plugin to be made for that purpose. Pity - coz I would love to do the same thing myself!
Guest Coucou Posted February 26, 2004 Report Posted February 26, 2004 Try using RJShortcut, I've got powercalendar opening from that and it works a treat. I've also got RJTasks opening powercalendar as it has all the functionality i need for tasks. :)
Guest srhillgt4 Posted February 26, 2004 Report Posted February 26, 2004 Thanks for the RJTasks idea (Coucou). That'll work just fine, till one of you talented folks, build a plugin for us less fortunate types. 8)
Guest XRay Posted February 26, 2004 Report Posted February 26, 2004 I asked Developer One about this. They told me that a homescreen plugin is in the works and should be forthcoming. In the meantime, I'm opening it through RJShortcuts myself. Regards. Jay.
