Missing Files after Hard Reset of O2 xPhone

I have a Hong Kong unlocked O2 xPhone that I just hard reset and now my T9 inpt has completely gone.

A long press on the */T9 button just changes from 123 to abc.

Are there files that were installed on my phone that are now missing after the hard reset?

If so does anyone have a image of their phone from new? complete or whatever controls the T9 functions.

Is there anything that my registry needs to be updated to get it to work?

yeah i'm having the same problem, there are a few other files missing such as the custom O2 home screens that came pre installed :)

You also lost the Xphone "branding" that Eternal Chamber checks for when the game starts. :)
