My GOOD Orange Care Experience

I've heard a lot of talk recently of £15 charges for claims and generally bad reports about orange care.

Just wanted to let you know, in my experience, nothings changed.

I upgraded to a E200 for free at an orange shop in meadowhall, sheffield.

Then the next day I noticed the "7" button was dodgy - it worked but only if you pressed hard (no good for txting).

I live a little way from sheffield so I thought I'd try orange care, but expected to be sent back to the shop.

The bloke said the usual procedure would be to take it back to the shop (As it was damaged before I received it), but he would try and put it through anyway.

i phoned last night at 7pm, and I received a brand new E200 (Boxed) AT 9am this morning.

I specifically asked for a brand new replacement (For obvious reasons).

They only needed the phone, charger, and battery back, but gave me a full set of new stuff - so i now have 2 SD Cards and 2 Cradles.

Just thought I'd let you know Orange Care is still worth every penny!

I also had a very, very good experience with them.

I lost my MPx200 (what a muppet). I reported to O and the Police. Because I did it before 1000 I had a replacement here by 1900 on the same day! Now that is absolutely amazing!

Thanks O!

@markukcouk well my fourth replacement e2 had the very same prob as yours, the seven button. it probably was yours as it was a recon replacement! my fifth one, this one has a dodgy 3 button that keeps typing d's and e's when pressed. also a recon. i've had enough and am looking forward to my free p900 when it arrives. HTC manufacturing standards are poor. i just hope sony is better. i get to keep the e2 also, so who knows, maybe it will become the phone it should have been when the update arrives. so that's some bad, and some good orange customer care. I think the service is very good.

Unfortunately I left a 64 mb SD Card in the phone I recently had replaced and it ain't recoverable (£50 down drain I believe)
