Qtek8080: Start Menue | Settings -> options not accessibl

Could anyone please help me with the following error(s) I experience now:

It's no longer possible to access the options in the Settings selection (Start Menue | Settings; e.g. Sounds, Profiles, Bluetooth etc. I have the German localized menue, so maybe these options are named differently on the English version. Cannot switch them to English though...)

Now I also experience an other error: Upon trying to access Outlook on the phone I just get two (formerly three) menue items: ActiveSync and SMS. The outlook inbox apparently is gone.

Yet all emails are still there as a check with Resco Explorer proves.

Help !

Can anyone tell me please how to get back access to these options /settings without doing a Hard Reset ?
