Guest Hotteh Posted March 1, 2004 Report Posted March 1, 2004 Having a few problems with the camera at the moment, the quality is fine but the output is considerably darker to the preview on the screen. Despite tweaking the various gamma/contrast controls, im failing to gain a really clear picture under certain conditions that my T610 copes perfectly with. Is there any particular tweaks i should be aware of , or perhaps a replacement camera app? Thanks in advance folks,
Guest shadamehr Posted March 1, 2004 Report Posted March 1, 2004 No - I get this and I seem to recall HTC or rather IA Style statin they accept the issue. And its frustrating becuase there is no need for it - the camera can quite clearly permit a very clear bright image - as the preview screen shows you exactly that. But as soon as you click - darker every time. Poor really. Its the reverse of the Nokia QCIF camera, where the preview screen is dark, but not to worry - take the picture, and the recorded image will be brighter. I know which I would rather have. How can we have such a clear and bright preview on screen, and yet such a poor image recorded in lower light, on the E200? Very poor.
