Smartphone 2003 Platform

Hi experts,

Does anyone know is there Smartphone 2003 Platform that can be install to run 2003 Application on Smartphone 2002 OS.

Since I wrote my application for Smartphone 2003 in C#.NET, but the actual phone is Smartphone 2002 OS, I have to convert C# code to eMbedded VC++, that makes me feel like changing from Windows XP to Windows 3.1 :cry:
