left soft key not working?

All of a sudden, when I press the left "soft key", the soft command will only fire after then pressing the joystick either left, right, up or down ! It happens whatever menu I am.

It is fully charged and everything is working fine, although a tad slow (that might be my imaginsation though).

I don't have any hacks installed, in fact the only software loaded is LINKs Golf and Football.

Is this a setting and I'm being thick ? I hope so !

I'm not giving up hope just yet though, I'm still hoping someone else will say they have experienced the same thing and they did "blah" to fix it !

sorted ! What I did to fix this was.........no idea ?! Been trying to sort this for two days, just picked up my phone two minutes ago and it's fine.

Weird.

will is right this is hardware not software i had same problem with my qtek7070 so i get replacment

Yes, life is hard. I had hardware problem with my left soft key also, they took it away from me for two weeks for repair! :cry:

But now I'm back again :)

OK, I give in, suppose I will need to send it back.

Been told by orange I need to go back to the manufacturer as it's over 28 days old :-( Is that normal?
