Clearing Flash Memory

Being a real newbie not sure what and how can delete or move items so I can increase the flash storage...can anyone help?

Easiest way to clear the phones storage is to do a Hard Reset

this will return the phone to it's factory default. Now with any apps etc

you install from now on, make sure you select the storage card.
