Encoding movies into Mpeg as Pocket MVP doesnt work :( ??

i have pocket mvp installed on my E200 adn it wont play divx encoded movies or anything, the movie starts but then immediately cuts to the homescreen as if the program has crashed :D

so i have pocket TV which works fine but i want to encode some of my movie clips into mpeg and at the lower resolution of 176 x 220. can anyone recommend a good way fo doing this

virtual dub only saves as .avi, which is annoying as pocket TV wont play them, no matter what codec i compress to

the problem that it divx playing imediatly breaks and goes to home screen is that you have encoded it with wrong codec....

search this forum and you will find tons of topic on how to codec it good for smartphone.....

the first abd best solution is to use divx 5.0.2

oh right cool........migth give it another try then.......i used divx4 low motion as i thought that would be safe.......only got that, divx 5.1.1 (which is too new) ill install just the 5.0.2 codec and try again tho

can pocket mvp play full screen like pocket tv does?

The E200 doesnt work any good with the divX player yet so I don't think the codec is the wrong thing.
