Guest rion Posted March 4, 2004 Report Posted March 4, 2004 Inbox: Attention required I always get this message in my Microsoft ActiveSync. I followed the instruction regarding "disconnect and reconnect the device" but nothing happens. What do I do?
Guest squall Posted March 4, 2004 Report Posted March 4, 2004 do you normally sync email? try going into active sync and unchecking sync email. If the device syncs ok then there is prob a problem with outlook

Guest rion Posted March 5, 2004 Report Posted March 5, 2004 I just recently got the phone and I never touched anything that has anything to do with email. everytime I plug my phone in the usb, this message just appears. I checked my Phone's email sync options and the "never" is set. should I change it to "every fifteen minutes"? but In the first place, I don't want to use email from my phone yet. :) should do I just ignore the message in my PC or setup my outlook in my PC?
