E200 freeze & keyboard stucks while turned on!

Well, it'a a problem I'm experiencing a lot lately. I turn on Qtek 8080 (= spv e200) normally and use it a bit. Then, I may put it in my pocket or leave it turned on, on a table. But, sometimes when I try to use it, it is stuck and whatever button I push it doesn't do anything (and it's not locked or anything), although the green light is flashing and the screen shows the home screen (with dim light and not lively colors).

When that happens, I just remove the battery and turn it on again in hope that it doesn't freezes again.

I guess a program may do something in the background? Well, anyways, it gets stuck without a reason. What is the problem??
