Garbled Text

hello SPer's

got a question, i installed SmartNES and all of a sudden the games and the folders are all garbled text and i can't delete it from my SD CARD.

Anyone have any idea how to delete them or why this happened??

it is bloody annoying, happened a few times already but with some different games.
