MPX200 drops calls like crazy using handsfree headsets..HELP

I am on my second MPX200. Both drop calls like crazy when I use my handsfree headset. I have tried aftermarket headsets as well from Jabra and the same thing happens. ATT and Motorola have been of no help.

Is there a fix? Is anyone else having this problem? HELP!!! :)

I have not heard of this before, so just checking the obvious that you are not playing with the flip when you are on the phone as this will disconnect you.
