Guest zeta101 Posted March 6, 2004 Report Posted March 6, 2004 i think you can do it with sound recorder thats built into windows, just open a wav file and then go to save as... then change the format and attributes the kb/sec is a measure of the quality of the wav fiel and hence how big the file will be, experiment and find you think is the best...
Guest fitz Posted March 6, 2004 Report Posted March 6, 2004 Yes you can do it with Windows Sound Recorder.... Open file>Properties>Convert now.... If it's stero put it to mono...if it's 44000khz put it to 22000khz, if 24-bit put it to 16-bit etc
