Guest sebset Posted December 19, 2002 Report Posted December 19, 2002 Look at the DoCoMo home screen. Do you think they use a plugin for temperature and chat?
Guest Will Posted December 19, 2002 Report Posted December 19, 2002 all we need is the other .5g, so we get to 3g :D Interesting to see use of the center/fire button as a softkey tho! Will
Guest Neil Enns (MS) Posted December 19, 2002 Report Posted December 19, 2002 Wow, where'd you find those? They're *old* and bring back fond memories. Look at that ugly line 1 indicator! Wow. They show a couple of neat layout tricks though! Notice how the two on the right use a rectangle highlight instead of a solid colour to indicate selection. That was done by setting the l-, r-, t-, and b-border-width to 2 in the section at the top of the layout. The one in the top right is neat too. You can't tell from the picture but when you go up and down the icons in the background of each plugin get darker. Instead of having a background for the entire layout each plugin has its own background image, and the tag is applied to each plugin with a darker background image. It makes for a cool effect. The DoCoMo one is fake. The temp and IM plugins are actually just text on the background image. The eBay plugin in the telefonica one is fake too. Although it is certainly possible for someone to write those plugins!
Guest Paul [MVP] Posted December 19, 2002 Report Posted December 19, 2002 I don't suppose you can post a download for that 'Voicestream' layout?
