the best quality films?

hello people,im new to the site and the whole smartphone thing.but ive gotta say my new spv e200 is the best phone ive ever had.after reading your sticky on how to re-encode media files to play on my spv,i had a dabble on vdub trying to get the best settings for the best results.ive got a 512 meg sd card so space isnt really an issue,so i was wandering if anyone could advise me how to get the best quality picture/speed,it doesnt matter how big it makes the file,could anyone advise me on this?
