Guest malloc Posted March 7, 2004 Report Posted March 7, 2004 I did some small modifications from the last version from STUFF, to help a MPX200 user (4 way stick, and vertical). - play in vertical - key 1 for action - controls on stick (left right up down) + key 2 for up + key 4 for down So : - to crawl : 4 + left or right - to jump in movement : 2 + left or right - to fire : 1 + up - dynamite : 1 + down Just unpack the patch on the V3, and play :) malloc.xrick_mpx200.rar
Guest MPXtricky Posted March 7, 2004 Report Posted March 7, 2004 Top geezer!!! :) (are there any other MPX200 user Rick fans left?)
Guest mike-oh Posted March 10, 2004 Report Posted March 10, 2004 i got totaly stuck somewhere with spike and spears and platform. never been back since. :)
Guest MPXtricky Posted March 10, 2004 Report Posted March 10, 2004 it's very fast in some places on the smartphone. great game though - one definitely worth visiting again :)
Guest codex897 Posted June 15, 2004 Report Posted June 15, 2004 Just got an MPx200, have played RD on the SPV. It would get to one of the higher levels with an holy arc type object in it and always crash at that point. Hopefully the MPx200 version won't have the same problem.

If you mean the blue gem then yes, the game will still crash. Do not collect the blue gem - you don't need to. All that happens is some fireballs come flying out of it and kill the little guys for you. Shoot them yourself...you will find other problems which need an Hex editor to change the frame value in the dat file to move on in the game but that's another story... :D
Guest shadieb Posted June 20, 2004 Report Posted June 20, 2004 Thanks Malloc, works lovely on my E200. Only one small gripe. I'm left handed and would find it much easier if keys 2 3 and 6 were used instead of 1 2 and 4? Any chance of a new version with then swapped over? Mucho appreciated.
Guest @55@55!N Posted July 26, 2004 Report Posted July 26, 2004 i need it!! weres the link!!!

If you are logged in you will see the attachment, if you're not logged in you won't _______________________________________________ I like the version of the game now, with the screen turned on its side. :P Excellent work to convert it for Smartphones. Remember playin it for sometime when it 1st came out on the Amiga all those many moons ago. 8)
Guest Coolbox Posted September 17, 2004 Report Posted September 17, 2004 Thanks very much..... I was wandering if it is possible for people to change the keys or is it not ok to do so?? And how difficult is it?? If I could choose I would place the jump button at 1 over 4 and action at 2. But it is really great like it is so I am not complaining.
