How to downgrade bootloader from 1.1 to 0.98?

How to downgrade bootloader from 1.1 to 0.98? I know i could do this using a SD Card with bootloader 0.98 from others, Is there another way? since I could not find some people arould me who have a smartphone with bootloader 0.98, Somebody could do me a favor? thanks very much~

There's the WinHex way, but I can't get that to work - I keep getting errors just as it completes.

I have flashed my Qtek 7070 to the newest rom of SPV E100, the version is 1.6, and the bootloader is 1.1, I wanna flash back to a Chineses supported Qtek rom 1.4225, that means i must downgrade the bootloader from 1.1 to 0.98 first, yesterday, i got a bootloader 0.98 img (use WinHEX make it) from one of my friends, then i use WinHEX clone this img to my SD card and use USBTerm try to downgrade the bootloader , but i failed because there is no card-->bootloader qfs command on the command list of the usbterm when i do it in 3 colors mode. there are only three commands:

10 format card

11 bootloader+ce+gsm-->card

12 card-->bootloader+ce+gsm

then who can tell me how should i do?

With the 1.6 update you cannot downgrade the bootloader.

Oh, is there anyway to resolve this problem. My SPV's bootloader version is 1.10. I think it used the latest upgrade ROM from Orange.

I want to tried with florin_M instructions... but the current bootloader has only 3 commands... please help me!

Just want to do something that florin_m and Spine did before... in "Hacked ROM..." thread, for learning purpose! :)

So my e100's bootloader version is 1.10, it supports only 3 commands when I use USBTerm to interactive with it...

I do not mean to be rude but if you do not know how to

downgrade the bootloader I would seriously reconsider

thinking about playing with hcked rom images etc.

To downgrade the bootloader you have to swap nbf files with an older version of the update ie the 1.3.5 orange update which includes the 0.98 bootloader.

The best bootloader in my opinion is the 0.93 as it has even more options :)
