Major problem with action button

After a certain length of time on, my phone refuses to respond to the action button - normally after a good few hours. The only thing I can think of that affects the action button is xBar, of which I have the latest version. If I soft reset the problem disappears, but it means I'm taking my phone through several soft resets a day. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this? Could it be related to xBar?
