The suite now includes two new modules, mCustomer and

mOffice, that allow organizations' mobile workers to access, edit and

interact with detailed customer information, such as asset information,

Service Level Agreements (SLAs), work orders, as well as personal information management (PIM) and calendaring capabilities using PDAs and laptops in the field.  Using this new suite, companies are now able to drive additional revenue, deliver better service and maintain complex equipment and inventories.

   Features of mCustomer enable organizations to:

   * Integrate rapidly with all Telispark modules and leading CRM data

     sources;

   * Perform Customer Collections and Inspections on Customer's Assets in the

     field;

   * Easily locate, view hierarchy and navigate customer-specific detailed

     Work Orders and Assets;

   * Perform Customer searches online and offline to react to changing

     prioritization;

   * View, edit, refresh and update customer details and asset hierarchies

     from the client to the server.

   Built on Infowave's robust and proven infrastructure technology, mOffice enables employees to access essential personal information management information while in the field, manage contacts, email and calendaring and then communicate changes over a highly secure, truncated delivery system. mOffice is available on all leading mobile operating systems, including Palm, Pocket PC, Win32, RIM, Symbian and Windows Mobile (Smartphones).

   New features in today's release include:

   * 2-way Calendar Synchronization for MS Exchange Users;

   * Automatic synching of new appointments and meeting requests;

   * Synching in the background so users can continue to interact with data while updating the server; and
