about ActiveSync and SmartPhone2003 Emulator Connect

i can't use ActiveSync connect to SmartPhone2003 Emulator !

step is :

You can establish a connection to the Emulator with Microsoft® ActiveSync® 3.5. You cannot establish a connection with earlier versions of ActiveSync.

To configure the Emulator to establish a connection with ActiveSync

Connect two serial ports with a null modem cable.

On your development workstation, install ActiveSync 3.5.

Configure the Emulator startup server. If KITL is built into your OS image, from the Serial Port 2 box choose COM1 or COM2, and then from the Serial Port 1 box choose None.

If KITL is not built into your OS image, from the Serial Port 1 box choose COM1 or COM2, and then from the Serial Port 2 box choose None.

Choose OK, and then choose OK again.

Configure ActiveSync 3.5 to connect to the serial port — either COM1 or COM2 — that you did not assign to the Emulator.
