Unlocking your mio

To unlock your Mio, is a pretty straight forward thing thats if you can read chinese, but for those like me who cant read it, and dont wanna spent 20mins figuring it all out.

This is how u do unlock it

1) Connect your Mio, make sure it syncs with your computer

2) Visit http://203.66.161.80/mio8380/unlocksecond.jsp (on your pc and not on your phone)

3) Click on the appropriate button (either the 8380 or 8390)

4) Once you click on it you should get a security pop up message ( saying do you want to install and run "http://203.66.161.80/mio8380/sec_8390.cab") click on yes to install it

5) After a few seconds an activeX plug in will install and the unlock program will run.

6) Then you have to options to unlock or lock your Mio.

7) Click unlock and bingo, you get a security message saying your mio is now unlock.

and thats it, hope it saves you time.
