Guest smokedog Posted March 10, 2004 Report Posted March 10, 2004 ...Over 2 months later I'm still waiting. Handed my MPx to CPW (Carphoneware House) repair centre to fix the buzzing screen. They couldn’t do in-house so they sent it to Motorola. Call up CPW about 2 weeks ago and the said it done and being sent but to CPW. A week later I can up and they said it failed testing and being sent back to Moto! When I spoke to the store, the guy said this not the first time. He said another person has been waiting over 3 months!! You have been warned. Posted from my P900!

This decrees simly that repirs should be carried out within a reasonable time. It does not quantify explicit timescales for what reasonable time constitutes. But over two months is NOT within any definition of reasonable time, as Trading Standards would see it. Give them a ring...
