SPV E200: Quick List: How do you change the menu items?

So how can I change the items that appear in the

quick list of the E200? This is the menu that appears

when you hit the power button?

I want to add my own programs and remove the

profile settings that I do not use.

Apologies if this obvious question has already been answered

but I could not find it in searches.

I am amazed! This should just be like any other menu!

Surely there must be something, even a registry change?
