Hi,

I have lost reception on my Canary.Nothing to do with the Aeroplane On/Off setting network coverage dropping it etc.Made a phone call last night about 19:00.10 mins later the phone lost signal and no matter what I have tried it hasnt come back.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Sounds like it could be a network problem, does anyone else on the same network have the same problem? Have you gone somewhere else to see if it works? and waht have you actually done, out of interest?

Even if it is a network problem other people on the same network won't necessarily be affected too, it depends which transmitter they're connected to. Chances are it's just a matter of waiting for it to sort itself out; try turning you phone off and on occasionally to force it to try to reconnect too. Failing this, call your operator (Orange?)

Is your SIM card properly in place? if it's not that you may have a serious hardware problem, in which case get on to customer services.

Also I have erased my phone and loaded 1.6 back onto it.

by this do you mean hard reset, or rerunning 1.6 update?

rerunning the 1.6 update worked for me when i had this problem
