GPRS with i-mate on Vodafone Ireland

I know there have been a couple of posts in the past but has anybody got GPRS working with an i-mate on Voadfone's network in Ireland?

I have a GPRS signal and can see the phone attempting a connection but it is never successful. Because I can see the connection attempt I am suspicious that it si a configuration setting somewhere.

You could try checking the GPRS repository (click on the link), plus is GPRS definitely avtivated on your account?
