Can't hard reset e200- Dead phone

Hey Ya!

each time I start my E200 it runs an application Add Config!

So I try a hard reset!

Hold record

press action

all I get is white screen.

it still boots but then runs "add config" and asks me to reboot!

Can anyone help with this???

Edit:

I find that you cannot get past the boot loader without a SD card in the device! :shock:

You must have a storage card in the slot, when you see the white screen release the action button to enter the bootloader.

If all you were getting was the white screen then chances are you are using the plastic packaging dummy card that came with the phone.

Remove this and use a real card.
