Guest knocker Posted March 13, 2004 Report Posted March 13, 2004 I've had my phone for almost a year but have only just started changing things. The problem I have is that i have a lot off dark home screens which I like a lot, but when I use them I can't see the on screen text and clock. I use the simple layout as I find it uncluttered. All I need is to change the text colour to a white or light grey... Can any one help?
Guest supermarv Posted March 13, 2004 Report Posted March 13, 2004 I was playing wondering how to do this not long ago. Check these 2 threads: changing text simple skin with light text :)

You need to change the tag in the homesreen file (??.home.xml) or the colour scheme if you're not using the default. See here as to what tag to change.
Guest kelv23 Posted March 13, 2004 Report Posted March 13, 2004 far too lazy to bother at the minute,I'm not much of a tweaker so i might just live with it.
Guest Disco Stu Posted March 14, 2004 Report Posted March 14, 2004 There are a series of basic light & dark text homescreens posted up here. You just need to add the jpeg of choice. Posted from my SmartPhone!
