Running .cab without explorer or activesync. Possible?

I sold my qtek 7070 to a mate and he packed the phone memory until it s*** itself so he did a hard reset. This made him lose Smart Explorer.

He doesn't have access to a computer he can partner up, so I've beamed the .cab file to him but we can't find it to execute.

Is it possible to run files without explorer or activesync?

Can I put it in a specific folder in his memory cart for him to run in normal phone folders?

Very possible :)

Just copy the .cab to IPSMWindowsStart MenuAccessories

Then go to your ProgramAccessories on your phone execute the cab and thats it :lol: (Preferable Smart Explorer.cab)

have'nt tried it yet... but wants to give a go on it as i was going for a BL downgrading tonight... so, no access on pc on that time too...
